So the highly anticipated MTV Movie Awards 2008 were held in Los Angeles on Sunday, but who cares about who won the movie awards?! All I care about is who won the best dressed!

At 10 we have Dream Girl Jennifer Hudson, who showed off her voluptuous shape in a sexy, fitted Peter Soronen dress with hot pink platforms and a waist belt. Her time in the SATC movie must have rubbed off on her real life style!

Unfortunately she ruined the look by tackily having her bra hanging out of the dress, otherwise she'd be much higher up my list! I love her chic new bob though!

At 9 is the sultry Megan Fox. Megan wore a pink and grey tu-tu style dress on the red carpet but her choice for the show was much chicer! She chose a white mini dress with gorgeous sparkly silver straps and a detailed open back.

She would have been higher up the list of the dress had been a few inches longer and had she not worn gold shoes. I hate mix and matching metallics!

At 8 is the elegant Anne Hathaway who spiced things up a little from her usual reserved style with a black, leather look, one-shouldered dress by Sophia Kokosalaki. She made the look her own with a sophisticated updo and drop earrings.

Coming in at 7 is one of the only women who didn't wear a dress to the awards, Charlize Theron. The leggy lovely wore skinny cropped black jeans and a cool Proenza Schouler Pre-Fall 2008, silver basque style top, with gladiator style heels by Roger Vivier. Edgy, a bit different and very hot!

In stark contrast at number 6, was Paris Hilton in a very girly prom look. Paris wore a beautiful strapless black and white Betsey Johnson prom dress with lace panels. I love it and I even like her side parted, mid-length hair style.

It's not often I like Paris's style choices so I can only say Benji Madden is having a good affect on her!

Making a huge impact at number 4 with her brand new hair cut was The Hills' very own Audrina Patridge! She looks great either way but the fringe is a nice new change and is part of the reason she's so high on my list.

The other reason is figure-hugging, navy blue, v-neck Lloyd Klein dress which looked very sexy teamed with her silver peep toes.

So to the top 3 best fashion looks of the night! At 3 is the newly single Liv Tyler who used bold colour beautifully with a pink, strapless Lanvin dress with a gathered hem and tied waist. She contrasted the pretty look and her cute waves with leopard print Christian Louboutin pumps.

The single life certainly loks good on her!

Just missing out on the top spot, but looking very stylish at number 2, is Katherine McPhee. She wore a very on-trend, colour block, Herve Leger dress.

Herve Leger dresses are known for making hot young starlets look super sexy but Katherine proved that it can also look fashionable and classy. Plus I love her shoes and volumous waves!

So who made it to the top of my list?? Drum roll please............

At number 1 is The Hills leading lady Lauren Conrad! And to make the victory even more great for her, the starlet was wearing a dress from her very own fashion line, The Lauren Conrad Collection!

The silky blue one-shouldered dress hugged her body in all the right places looking very grown-up and glamorous and was knee-length which added that touch of class that I love.

She got all the little details right too! Classic black peep toes, sexy red nail polish, long centre-parted waves and minimal jewellery. I think she looked stunning!

Blazers smarten up casual day outfits, give structure to flowing dresses and offer a sophisticated cover up for cold evenings out. In short, if you don't have one, you need one!

So many celebs are looking good in their blazers right now such as (from L-R) Rashida Jones, Kate Moss, Liv Tyler and Keri Russell.

Quincy Jones' actress daughter Rashida, wore her blazer cropped and pinstriped for the 7 For All Mankind Store Opening last week. The rest of her outfit was very equestrian chic with a white, ruffled blouse, skinny black jeans and black knee high boots. Rashida broke up the dark simple black and white outfit with a bright yellow clutch.

Super model Kate Moss wears blazers a lot, but the black, tuxedo style one she wore to the Seventh on Sale Dinner Gala recently, was one of the most posh and sophisticated of all. She wore it over a beautiful, slinky, black and silver gown. Kate's new fringe and mid-length cut also gives her a cool vintage vibe that matches the outfit really well.

Blazers don't only look good in black though as the stunning Liv Tyler proved with her clean cut, white blazer, also worn to the Seventh on Sale Dinner Gala. Liv wore hers over a simple, straight white dress in the hard to wear but very hip, mid-calf length. This isn't an outfit that would look good on many but with Liv's beautiful face, model height and the help of her towering black heels, she looks great.

Finally we have actress and mother Keri Russell wearing a more casual version of the blazer whilst feeding the Paparazzi with pastries outside Taste Restaurant last week. Wow, what a nice woman!! Her long length blazer looked very smart over her short, fitted white dress.

So how many of you want a blazer now?! Lol.

Heavy fringes and blunt haircuts a la Cleopatra are very in right now and many celebrity trend setters already have the look. The look is strong, confident but feminine and draws attention to your eyes. A heavy fringe can transform any haircut from drab to fab!:

Cheryl Cole is leading the pack with her dark, dramatic look. The hair is cut just below the shoulder and very blunt with face framing layers and an eye-skimming fringe. She wears it straight and thick to add to the drama, and of course, with plenty of eye make-up! Perfect (one of my fav looks!!).

On a lighter note we have Heroes star Kristen Bell proving how a heavy fringe can add style and a bit of oomph to naturally fine tresses. Her long blonde hair is softly layered and kept natural and her heavy fringe is worn just to eyebrow length (any shorter looks terrible!!) and slightly swept to one side.

The ever lovely Liv Tyler likes to keep her hair long and simple but by adding this super thick, long, straight fringe she adds a new dimension to her look. The lengths are slightly layered at the ends but kept mostly one length with no graduation into the fringe for a more striking look. With her porcelain skin and sky blue eyes, this look is fantastic on Liv.

Heavy fringes don't always have to be so perfect though! Nicole Richie sports a messier shabby-chic version of this look. The expectant mother has her bleach blonde hair just passed her shoulders and her long heavy fringe left to fall in her eyes. This look is casual rock star chic at its best, perfect for the girlfriend of a rocker like Nicole is! It's definately not mumsy lol.

Finally is Penelope Cruz whose gorgeously healthy raven locks have recently had a heavy graduated fringe cut in. The fringe is thick and straight but longer at the edges to emphasize her great bone stucture and blend nicely in to her long layered hair. Her hair is then left to tumble naturally with a bit of a curl. The look is a little bit 70s and very glamorous!
