Us Weekly Magazine held their Hot Hollywood Hottest Style Makers Party in Hollywood last week, and the fun event was attended by a host of stylish yound stars.

Another colour trend at the event was purple and lilac hues as seen on Sanaa Lathan, Heidi Klum, and the Us Weekly carpet!

Sanaa looked very stylish in a purple and cream print ruffled dress but ruined it a little with some odd looking, clumpy grey shoes.

Heidi kept things simple in a strapless purple mini with a sweetheart neckline worn wth crocodile print peep toes. She looked ok but I don't like red nail varnish with a purple dress and the dress made her figure look really boyish. Maybe she needs some kind of a waist belt to give her shape??

The other big colour of the night was green.

Rapper Eve was looking funky in a lime green satin Jay Godfrey Spring 2008 dress with a cool zip down front and piping detail. I love this dress, and teamed with black courts and a blakc clutch it looked sophisticated but fun.

Also in green was Jenna Dewan, who looked pretty in an apple green shift dress, with a little embroidered clutch bag and delicate silver strappy shoes.

If you're not such a huge fan of colour, or you want to look uber sophisticated, neutral colours are very much "in" right now.

The Lipstick Jungle actress Lindsay Price looked classy in a gold satin bubble hem skirt with a cream ruffled blouse and nude peep toes.

Rob Kardashian's girlfriend, Adrienne Bailon of The Cheetah Girls, looked stunning and very hot in a short, silver dress which had a fitted, high-waisted skirt and a contrasting loose top in a soft, shimmery fabric.

The dress had sparkle, but not too much to look tacky and her gold and turquoise beaded sandals kept things young. She was my best dressed of the event!

Finally, as always, there were certain celebs who played it safe in classic, easy-to-wear, black. But they still looked great!

Christina Milian looked super sexy in a strappy black mini dress with a gold chain neckline. I loved her slicked back hair and smokey eyeshadow, and her black wedges were the perfect spring/summer touch.

Like Lauren Conrad, Jordana Brewster wore a black and white embroidered, cutout dress from the Catherine Malandrino Resort 2007 Collection. The pretty actress teamed her girly dress with black sling backs and a big silver heart pendant.

The Heart Truth kicked off New York Fashion Week yesterday with their annual Red Dress Collection, where celebrities strut down the runway in red (and sometimes pink!) designer dresses to promote healthy hearts.

Super model Heidi Klum bounced down the runway in a cute layered Marc Jacobs dress and black courts, former model Molly Sims wore a sexy Swarovski crystal encrusted fitted dress and Ashanti opted for a pink strapless Tracy Reese number and showed off her gorgeous fringe!

There were also some celebs in fabulous evening gowns! Ana Ortiz looked to be having a great time in her tiered Badgley Mischka gown, Maria Menounos was regal in a stunning strapless Marchesa gown with silver detailing and British soul singer Joss Stone wore a classic strappy red Max Azria Atelier gown.

Heidi Klum donned a super super mini dress earlier today as she presented her new sponsor Bella Fontanis in Munich.

The German supermodel and supermum looked amazing in the beautiful black and white dress with sheer netted top worn with black opaque tights and patent black Christian Louboutin shoes.

The black sash around the waist of the dress gave her a fantastic shape and her shoulder length hair with layered fringe framed her smiley-smiley face.

I adore her oversized gold ring - looks a little like a knuckle duster!

Silver and gold metallic dresses and tops are being sported by all the trendiest celebs at the moment, and is definately a look you should adopt for all those fab parties and nights out over Christmas and New Year!

For ladylike Eva, a light gold knee-length dress with black jewels under the bust line was the perfect classy way to wear metallics.

Finally, if you don't wanna wear a dress but still wanna do the metallic trend, check out Heidi Klum (middle) at the Inside Project Runway event in Beverly Hills on Tuesday. The supermodel wore a silver sequined vest top with skinny jeans and patent black courts and threw a black tailored blazer and skinny neck scarf over the top for a hip fashionista look. I'm looking for a blazer just like this! It has such a perfect fit and I love the rolled up sleeves fora casual edge.

So get out and shine in metallics!

The annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show was held at Hollywood's Kodak Theatre on Thursday, and marked the launch of the Spice Girls new world tour as they took to the catwalk for their first performance together in years. They weren't the only stars there though! In fact, celebs turned out in full force to see the fashion and music extravaganza. Here are some of my favs!

Vicoria's Secret model Heidi Klum, one of their most successful along with Tyra and Giselle, represented on the red carpet with hubby Seal. The couple coordinated in simple, sexy black outfits.

Heidi wore a little black party dress with one sleeve and silver web-like detailing. She kept her jewellery simple and wore pointy black courts.

Hayden Panettiere went bold and daring in an extremely fitted white mini dress with black horizontal stripes. Good job she has the figure for it! She carried a black clutch and, like Heidi, wore pointy black courts.

Audrina Patridge knows what looks good on her and never tries too hard. Instead the reality tv star wore a black mini dress with off the shoulder straps and looked gorgeous. And I guess three is a trend - Audrina was also wearing pointy black courts (as was her co-star Lauren Conrad).

Heidi Klum is the Queen of Halloween cos she goes aaaaaall out every year with her costume. This year she hosted her 8th annual Halloween Party in L.A. in a fabulous cat costume! Many people stop at ears and a tail but not Heidi! She went for a full on velvet catsuit with integrated platform shoes.

Heidi Klum may spend her off days make-up free, but when she's working she always looks fab, and now she's trying to sell us her "signature" make-up collection so that we can all look just like her....uhm yeah.

I highly doubt spending our hard earned cash on another celebrity product will make us look anymore like a supermodel, but that lipgloss does look cute! As did Heidi, whilst launching the new collection at the Victoria's Secret store at The Grove in L.A on Friday, showing off her model legs in grey skinny jeans and black peep toes, teamed with a casual but slinky grey top with studded details.

Also at Lorraine Schwartz's Diamond Monkey Collection in an all in one suit was mother of three Heidi Klum. Heidi's been spotted around a lot recently in casual mummy outfits whilst with her little kids but she obviously still scrubs up well when needed!

Heidi takes a different approach to the all in one with smarter long trousers, and a fitted top with wide belt around the waist. The look is definatly sleek and simple but I still prefer J.Lo's approach!
