The newly glam Gwyneth Paltrow was in casual mode whilst out and about in London on Monday wearing just jeans and a loose striped black and white top.

She kept the look current with red framed aviator sunglasses.

I love the look but I just wish she'd smile!

Proof that wearing designer does not mean you'll look good!

Gwyneth Paltrow looked disasterous at the 2008 Point Foundation Benefit at Capitale on Monday wearing a black and red printed vintage Yves Saint Lauren dress with Givenchy Spring 2008 gladiator shoes.

The shoes I like, but with skinny jeans because with a dress they just cut off Gwynnie's legs and make them look short.

The dress is horrendous. The big shoulders and puff sleeves are so unflattering, and the colour and print are just plain ugly.
