Actress Lisa Rinna is one of those "celebs" who will turn up to the opening of an envelope. Literally.

She's always at so many events even when it has absolutely no relevence to her, and despite so many chances to get it right, her style is never good!

Lisa was at the Us Weekly Hot Hollywood Hottest Style Makers Party in Hollywood last Thursday wearing shiny black, drawstring trousers and a matching black strapless top.

It looks like a yoga outfit, not a red carpet outfit!

Her top is way too low cut too. It loks like she's about to pop out!

What was she doing there anyway? She's not exactly a Hot Style Maker now is she?!

Proof that wearing designer does not mean you'll look good!

Gwyneth Paltrow looked disasterous at the 2008 Point Foundation Benefit at Capitale on Monday wearing a black and red printed vintage Yves Saint Lauren dress with Givenchy Spring 2008 gladiator shoes.

The shoes I like, but with skinny jeans because with a dress they just cut off Gwynnie's legs and make them look short.

The dress is horrendous. The big shoulders and puff sleeves are so unflattering, and the colour and print are just plain ugly.

Following her wedding to Jay-Z last Friday, Beyonce was seen in New York on Tuesday looking less than her usually gorgeous self.

I guess my prediction of her not taking a honeymoon came true!

It's a shame cos she sure looks like she needs some rest right now....

The biker jacket and vest I can deal with, but a leather jacket and leather gloves is overkill and the skin tight trousers are the most unflattering thing I've ever seen!!

Urgh, the horror. Beyonce has a great figure and all, but she should not be wearing those trousers! Neither should anyone bigger than a stick thin model! She should wear something that shows off her figure in a good way.

And finally, I can't not mention the hair. That colour is so wrong on her, I hope it wasn't like that on her wedding day! I loved her old chocolate brown locks, or even the blonde, but not this orange colour.

Jennifer Love Hewitt looked more like Laura Ingles whilst out in L.A. yesterday in a drab, blue, grandad style dress.

I like this girl but what was she thinking when she chose this shapless, unflattering sack?! And she really needs to invest in a good bra.

The colour and corny print at the hem makes her look like a farm girl rather than a Hollywood actress.

But at least the dress is so bad, it distracted me from her supportive ankle boot! For a while at least.

There are always plenty of stars in celebville ready to give us all a giggle with their ensembles. This week?

Actress and former model Kristanna Loken wore trousers made from a recycled carpet (very possibly) to the NY International Independent Film and Video Festival on Monday. She's only 28! She looks so much older!

Carol Alt, a model and actress who is currently competing on The Celebrity Apprentice, looked like an early 90s soap opera actress gone bad whilst at The Screening of Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day on Monday. Come on now, white jodhpurs and a floral white jacket with fur trim? She didn't see anything wrong with that? She should be fired!

And then comes Minnie Driver. Where do we even start with her outfit for the VIP Screening of Fade to Black in London on Sunday? A shapeless floral babydoll that makes her look pregnant, ill-fiting skinny jeans and..........Converse? Ok. Now that's interesting.

I really cannot decide which is the worst. Each outfit is awful in its own special way! I would not be caught dead in any of these outfits!

Keisha Whitaker was at the Diamonds and Hollywood Glamour Event last week wearing a gorgeous plum coloured floaty dress and black peep toes.

Unfortunately the super-skinny star ruined the look with black opaque tights! I love tights but I have too rules: don't wear tights with peep toes, and don't wear them with dresses or skirts that fall below the knee. Keisha broke both!

Tights look fab with minis and round toe pumps, not like this! And they just make Keisha's legs look even skinnier!

The girl is beautiful and lovely but she is basically a bag of bones isn't she? Soooooo skinny!

Last night's Brit Awards attracted quite a few desperados there to seek as much attention as possible.

One reality tv "star" clearly hoping to grab today's headlines was Abigail Clancy of Britain's Next Top Model who turned up in a seathrough black mini dress......accidently I'm sure! Yeah right. Abbie, who was taught the tricks of the trade by fellow attention seeker Janice Dickinson on reality show Beauty and the Best, looked ridiculous with her leopard print undies showing. I just know that was planned!

I wouldn't class Fearne Cotton as an attention seeker and I really like her and her fashion sense usually, but the red satin PPQ jumpsuit was just not flattering. I think it's the covered up neckline and puffy sleeves that make it look too bulky, especially with her masculine black ankle boots.

And finally, we have Atomic Kitten's Liz McClarnon who just looked clueless and totally style free in her misshaped frilly purple dress. Just horrible!

But whose style was worst? For me it's Abbie for the pure tackiness, but what do you think??

Despite the many great outfits at the Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Party in Hollywood yesterday, there were a few duds!

Janet Jackson, accompanied by her possible husband JD, looked like Aladdin in black satin trousers and an orange waist sash. Interesting.

Rihanna wore a horrible dress which could have looked nice if it had a scoop neck instead of the polo neck and if she lost the sleeves. As it is, it looks like a bodysuit, and an ugly one at that!

And finally the newly brunette Lindsay Lohan, with excessive face bronzer to match her darker do, looked sickly in an aqua coloured dress and tacky gold shoes.

Who do you think looked the worst? I'd say Rihanna cos she's so beautiful and that dress drowns her!

Let's hope they all do better at the actual Grammy Awards tonight!!

Singing failure Cassie wore a disgusting and over the top fur coat to the Step Up 2 The Streets World Premiere on Monday. A crime against fashion, and animals all on one coat!

Joss Stone has a thing about clashing colours...clearly judging by the turquoise jeans, red coat and purple socks she wore when she went to the Waverly Inn in Manhattan yesterday. There is just nothing right about this!

But the worst of the worst recent celeb fashion disasters has to be Kristanna Loken at the Hottie and the Nottie Premiere in Hollywood Monday.

Shiny bronze ankle skimming trousers, an orange leather look top, limp hair and scruffy brown boots? *Shudder*

Did no one mention to her that this might not be the best idea before she got on the red carpet?!

Brit Natasha Bedingfield let the side down at the New Year, New Old Navy celebration on Wednesday in this wacky gold coat with striped gold jumper underneath and knee high boots.

This goes just a little too far to be cool British eccentricity!

Who was the worst dressed at last night's SAG Awards??

Phoebe Price wore an incredibly unflattering nude coloured dress with jewelry that looked as plastic as her face!

Speaking of plastic faces, Lisa Rinna and her trout pout were clearly desperate for attention in her plunging zebra print dress - pure class!

Poor 17 year old Andrea Bowen looked middle-aged in her deep blue strapless gown with her ageing quiffed back hair and Pat Butcher style earrings. Try dressing your age!

And finally an obviously pregnant Angelina Jolie used the oldest trick in the publicity book by wearing a tent dress just as the rumour of her pregnancy start up. This is the last thing you do if you want people to stop gossiping about you, and apart from that it's a hideous dress!

Who do you think was the worst dressed though? For me it has to be between Phoebe Price and Andrea Bowen! They both looked tragic!

Josie Maran looked like a Genie in a crazy bottle when she was caught in this pink and gold linen jumpsuit that she wore to the Business of Being Born Premiere in Hollywood last week. With her sandals and messed up hair she looked ready for the beach not the red carpet.

Kristin Cavallari, soon to be making her debut on The Hills if rumours are to be believed, was at the Stone Rose Lounge in L.A. on Wednesday where she showed off her white bra through her shiny, clingy, see-through blue mini dress. The words shiny, clingy, see-through and mini in the same sentence = pure class.

And finally Molly Ringwald sent the fashion police crazy at the November Party at Bond 45 Restaurant last Thursday in a red check monstrosity of a dress, busy diamond patterned black tights and witchy pointed black shoes. Uuuurrrrghhh. So much wrong on one person in one outfit!

So for me personally Molly is definatly the biggest fashion disaster of the three, but what do you think??

Oh the irony of two such out of style women turning up to the Diamond Information Center and InStyle Luncheon yesterday!

Sharon Stone (left) looked like a blonde Kat Slater (Brits will know what I mean!) i her clashing leopard print dress and slightly-different-leopard-print shoes. And what is with the sunglasses indoors? In the day? I think Sharon's going a little kooky these days.

Patricia Arquette (right) managed to add pounds to her slim figure with her bulky and unflattering black suit. And did she drop by on her way to a funeral cos that is just too much black all in one go!

It's a really close call but I'm gonna have to say Patricia's was worse cos at least Sharon's body still looks great in her awful outfit!

Gosh! What's worse? Tila Tequila obviously and openly being trashy, or Megan Fox acting all demure whilst continuing to dress trashy?

I don't know which offends me more!

Tila (left) was at Voda Spa in West Hollywood yesterday and she couldn't resist pulling open her normal black coat to reveal what can only be described as a strippers outfit.

Megan (right) was also seen yesterday at the after party for Terminator The Sarah Connor Chronicles dressed in a boring black dress and tacky grey thigh high boots. Plus I absolutely hate the way she's wearing her beaded necklace all wrapped tight around her neck! It's a pet hate of mine.

Ultimately though I have to admit Tila's look is worse, but Megan needs to watch herself cos her fashion's way too hit or miss.

15 year old Miley Cyrus was seen leaving her hotel in Washington on Sunday in an overly sexy red satin pencil dress.

I don't think this is appropriate for a girl of her age to be wearing, especially one who is a role model to young girls (including my baby sister!).

To make things worse, the teenager was plastered in make-up and wearing a leather jacket, high heels and big gold hoop earrings.

It all seems a bit age inappropriate to me. I don't blame Miley though. The people around her shouldn't let her walk out looking like that! It's not even stylish, lol.

I don't know what's worse??!

Lindsay Lohan (left) once again wore her beloved leggings as trousers with a pair of boots and a short striped top whilst shopping in L.A. on Sunday. Bad I'm sure you agree!

But what's posisbly worse is that heavily pregnant Christina Aguilera thought it was appropriate to wear a mini mini dress whilst eating out with husband Jordan on Saturday. Errrgggh!

Christina could do with lending Lindsay's leggings! Or maybe even a pair of jeans!

I'm sure her dress probably isn't that short but it looks it having been stretched over her enormous baby bump!

Khloe Kardashian was absent when the rest of her siblings were partying in Miami without her last week, but it doesn't look like Khloe cares cos she has a new friend!

Khloe hooked up to go clubbing with Hilary Duff at Central Nightclub in L.A. on Saturday. What a random pairing! Khloe's gonna lead good girl Hilary astray!

Hilary still hasn't taken my advice about introducing colour back into her life as she was dressed in all black, but she did have on really cute nude pumps, but she looked good in comparison to Khloe. Maybe that's why she's friends with her?!

Poor Khloe had on a terribly tacky pair of leopard print boots with her boring black leggings and long black top.

Don't start giving each other style tips girls - neither one of you is in a position to offer advice!

Lindsay Lohan and her little sister Ali were seen having a girly day out on December 26th wearing matching outfits including matching leggings! Oh noooooooo!

Lindsay's terrible penchant for her leggings seems to be filtering down to Ali, who probably idolises her big sis.

And Ali was even wearing her leggings as trousers with a little t-shirt! I blame Lindsay!

Ali's Breakfast at Tiffany's tee is quite cute though.

Lindsay, let go of the leggings, if not for yourself, at least for your sister's sake!

There were so many badly dressed celebs in 2007 that it was hard to narrow it down to the four who annoyed me the most - but I did it and here they are!

First is the tasteless and tacky Jenna Jameson (far left) for wearing a belly top in her thirties. And for wearing a belly top full stop! And also for being so disgustingly and dangerously skinny and therefore looking awful in every outfit she wore.

In 2008 Jenna should try putting on some weight and finding some class.

Next is Hilary Duff (second left) for getting stuck in a style rut and forgetting that colours other than black, brown and grey exist! Hilary used to be such a chic and stylish girl but in 2007 she overused designer labels and made them look cheap and looked scruffy and dull in most of her outfits.

In 2008 Hilary should try remembering that more is less and sleek and classic looks great and should also try reintroducing colour into her wardrobe.

Also on the list is Nicole Kidman (second right) for listening to stylists too much and looking very uncomfortable in clothes that just don't suit her on the red carpet.

In 2008 Nicole should follow her own instincts and go for classic styles rather than trying too hard to be bold.

And finally is Lindsay Lohan (far right) for not knowing when to move on from a trend (leggings) and misusing an item of clothing (leggings). For the record, I don't hate leggings but they are not meant to be worn on their own as bottoms! They are supposed to be treated like tights and worn with long tops, tunics and dresses or under skirts and shorts! And besides, tights are so much cooler right now.

In 2008 Lindsay should ditch the leggings and try a new look. Simple!

It's just too tough to decide which of these outfits is the worst!

Paris Hilton wore leopard print tights and a leopard print dress whilst clubbing at Felix in Berlin last week with a brand new model guy. The dress or the tights may have been cute alone (though a little samey) with the other items in black, but together it's just overkill, and the tacky gold? Just no.

British wannabe, uhm, celeb, Danielle Lloyd, looked desperate for attention whilst out clubbing for her 23rd birthday Sunday night. When u wear a super mini tu-tu and a skimpy bustier top out in the UK in December, you're either crazy, or a tart! Or in Danielle's case, posisbly both!

Finally, Nicole Kidman hit the red carpet at the Sydney Premier of The Golden Compass on Saturday looking like she'd been styled by The Terminator. I like Nicole but why she ever thought this stiff, silver, monstrosity of a suit by Balenciaga would be a good idea I can't understand!

Which is the worst? You decide! For me it's Nicole's simply because I didn't even realise suits this bad existed! Nicole, you've taught me something new today!
