Ashlee Simpson and boyfriend Pete Wentz hosted a New Years Eve Bash at The Shore Club which was attended by fellow stylish celebs Eve and Christina Milian.

Ashlee looked chic in a black and silver mini dress and studded black sandals. I'm not sure what's going on with Pete's stripey beanie hat and braces though, and I'm pretty sure Ash and Pete have the same eyeshadow on!

Eve looked a little boring in her sequined bronze mini dress. I feel like I've seen this look a million times before but maybe it's just Eve's tattoos that make everything she wears look the same!

Finally, Christina Milian, who attended with boyfriend Dre, looked super sexy in a blue fitted Herve Leger dress worn with a studded black cuff bracelet.

Ashlee's subtly sexy look still wins it for me though.

Here we have Victoria Beckham in the perfect LBD for the new season. A mini shift style with an adorable bow detail, which she wore whilst leaving the Ritz Hotel in Paris on Monday. Vicky looked very serious, as usual, with her black courts, black shades and slicked back hair. Serious, but hot! She could do with a little blush or something though cos her skin looks kind of sallow.

Sporting elements of the seasons gothic style, Ashlee Simpson looked fab in a long sleeved, loose black dress at Movieline's Hollywood Life Style Awards on Sunday. Ash's long rockstar locks looked so sleek and straight and I love her subtle but smoky eye make-up.

She accessorised in bronze with a little clutch bag and sparkly courts.

Finally there's Natalie Portman rocking a gorgeous, knee-length, crinkle LBD. The dress is clinched in at the waist and gives slim Natalie shapely curves. She wore it to JTN Productions' Vision Award on Sunday with strappy black sandals a plush velvet bag and a fabulous smile!

The Simpson sisters were out to lunch in Santa Monica last weekend, both looking lovely and relaxed with their individual styles.

Rock chick Ashlee had her hair long and messy and wore skinny black jeans, layered tops, including a striped blue and white one, and flat black pumps. Over her shoulder she was carrying a quilted black bag with a silver chain strap and she had on rock star shades.

Pop star Jessica on the other hand wore an adorable, long, check shirt with a pair of blue bootcut jeans and brown boots. She was carrying a gorgeous bright red bag and her blonde hair looked glamorous pulled back. Finally to really glam things up she had a pair of oversized, movie star shades.

Ashlee and Jessica are both so different. Which Simpson's style do you like the most?

Seventeen magazine celebrated Back-to-School yesterday, and they had their newest cover girl, Ashlee Simpson, on hand to help out and look fab. She wore a really great looking black shirt dress with black leggins and dark red court shoes, as well as a long necklace which completed the look. If only she would lose that ridiculous trilby she would have looked even more amazing!

First we have a preggers Christina Aguilera shopping for light fixtures in Beverly Hills. I guess it's that nesting thing! She looks great in her jeans, long white cardi and flat silver pumps, plus that striped blue vest is adorable. As usual, as part of her signature look Christina sports a splash of red in the shape of her cute bag and lipstick.

Here we have Hilary Duff, seen visiting Neil George Salon in Hollywood last week, just an hour after her ex Joel Madden and his pregnant girlfriend Nicole Richie had left, close shave! If she'd bumped into them though, at least she would have looked great in her signature leggins and long black top/dress, with cute black round toe courts and a red beaded necklace.

Next is the beautiful and always lovely Alicia Keys, being very risky in the style stakes at the screening of her new movie The Nanny Diaries in NYC on Monday. She chose a very unusual leopard print, knee length dress and electric blue heels with her curly hair worn half up-half down and dangly gold earrings. I must say, this look won't be everyone's taste but I do love when celebs spice it up style wise and wear something that not many people would try, cos after all, fashion is meant to be fun!

I like it though, it has a very 80s vibe but the dress is also very flattering and Alicia is pretty enough to pull most things off!

Finally we have someone who seems to be very popular with readers of this blog - Vanessa Hudgens! I understand why too, because for someone so young, her taste is impeccable. Here she's pictured outside her hotel room in NYC earlier this month wearing such a beautiful outfit.

The red top is so so pretty and possibly the nicest top I've seen in a while, and the grey skinny jeans and unusual red shoes make the look a little edgier. Her hair is beautiful and glossy, her skin is perfect - damn I'm jealous! Lol.
